Training & Orientation Video's

 

 

Over the past few years, while recruiting staff for customers

 long term projects we came up with the idea of creating an

 orientation and training video to show potential employees the

 environment to which they would be working.

 

This has saved a lot of time and money by letting the potential

employees view the video, to see if they can do what is expected

of them and by also showing your companies Health and Safety

Policies and other vital information .

They usually run from 7 - 20 minutes in length.

 

There is an old saying, " People hear what they See" and as a

tool for recruiting it has become very popular and important 

especially with the Ministry of Labour whereby all potential

employees sign off on viewing the video and are made aware

of your Health & Safety Policies.

 

We script the story with you, shoot, edit and consult with you to

ensure that it is to your approval. We then master a DVD.

All potential employee's then view the dvd at our office and are 

given one to take home.
